As an entrepreneur Nick has built companies from inception to multi-million dollar organizations, implemented and executed systems and processes designed for rapid growth, and developed expertise typically only seen from those in far more senior positions and tenure. As an M&A advisor and investment banker, Nick masterfully executes the delicate balance of tenacity and finesse in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Holding series 62 and 63 licenses, Nick specializes in sell-side M&A, Institutional and private debt and equity placements, as well as assisting high-growth and development companies raise capital. In his most important role, Nick enjoys raising his girls with his wife Lauren…and admittedly is still trying to get over the fact that he’s not the athlete he once was!
